We are very passionate about our products, creating plant-based products which are full of natural ingredients. We do not and never will test any of our cosmetic bases on animals, our bases will nourish, hydrate and gently soothe your skin.
Cosmetic Bases are a well established UK based manufacturer specialising in the supply of a range of Cosmetic Bases and finished products to small businesses; who in turn re-package and retail the products in a variety of ways. For years we have offered sulphate free products for those who wish to offer a "GREENER ALTERNATIVE" and since 2008 we have offered our entire range in full paraben and sulphate free.
Cosmetic Bases carefully select each ingredient and formulate every product to deliver
a consistently high quality output, be it with additional agents of essential
oils, fragrances, tinctures or vegetable oils.
We operate in a competitive industry and we have priced our products
accordingly. Contract packing, we are able to offer the service of
manufacturing and contract packaging from one company, saving on

Cosmetic Bases have used many different preservation systems over the years but
have come to the conclusion that two different types are necessary. One for
the surfactant products (foam baths etc) and one for emulsions and gels, in
some cases we feel that is has actually improved the consistency and finish
of the bases.
