We of course do not and will not take part in any kind of animal testing. We have a self imposed 'cut off' date of 1978. However, one or our suppliers can only give us a date of 1983 as that is when their company was formed they have never carried out any animal tests. Out of all the chemical ingredients used only four have been tested, we will continue to source alternative agents to reduce this date even further. Many of our clients are members of the Vegan organisation.

We have now developed (as promised) a full range of paraben free cosmetic bases.

It has taken a while as there are so many products to be reformulated and recalculated but now have finally completed the work.

We have had to look at many different preservation systems over the years but have come to the conclusion that two different types are necessary. One for the surfactant products (foam baths etc) and one for emulsions and gels, in some cases we feel that it has actually improved the consistancy and finish of the bases.

These new systems have now been introduced into our products their product code will be followed by a F. Those who wish to continue with the paraben system will of course be able to purchase these bases as both versions will be manufactured.
