Bespoke Production Capabilities

      Our manufacturing facility operates high grade, purpose built vessels equipped with stainless steel  agitators  and mixers. The water purification system is of particularly high specification and has been tailor made by a specialist water treatment company. It delivers such complete purification that the conductivity meter consistently records a zero reading.

Validation and Evaluation

Our products are assessed by independent toxicologists and microbiology screening is undertaken by a second independent firm.

Hypoallergenic Products

Our output has been approved as hypoallergenic by an independent toxicologist who noted that it ‘has been manufactured using raw materials specially selected as having either low allergenic potential or present at concentrations where such potential is minimized. It meets with the criteria for being described as hypoallergenic'.

Preservation

In the past we have used a blend of parabens as the main agent to combat the growth of bacteria and moulds. Parabens provide broad spectrum protection, have a long track record of safety in use and are recognized and accepted by international bodies such as the Japanese Cosmetic Ingredient Codex. As of the beginning of March 2007 we have introduced alternative systems which do not contain parabens , these products are made to the same specification and do not use slow release formaldehyde agents as we believe these agents have a higher skin sensitising risk. Some of these agents also been classified as a human carcinogen (causing cancer) by the International Agency for Research on Cancer.

Natural Products

We do not manufacture ‘natural' creams since these are usually unstable, susceptible to micro-organism attack and not fit for purpose. We do not provide ‘natural' foam bath or shampoo since it is all but impossible to achieve genuinely natural products that perform to the required levels, however, we do manufacture a sulphate, paraben, peg, ethylene oxide free products - more of a naturally derived product.

Consistent Output

We carefully select each ingredient and formulate every product to deliver a consistently high quality output, be it with additional agents of essential oils, fragrances, tinctures or vegetable oils.

Realistic Pricing

We operate in a competitive industry and we have priced our products accordingly.
Contract Packing We are able to offer the service of manufacturing and contract packaging from one company, saving on logistical costs and simplifying delivery dates and timing aspects of production.
